Cancellations
1. Class pass bookings are non refundable and non transferable. No refunds or credits will be issued.
2. Class packages are only refundable in the first 7 days after initial purchase, any classes used in this time will not be refunded. If you do not use all your classes from your pack you will no longer be entitled to use them once the package has expired. The package is valid only for the specified time frame as stated on the type of package purchased (e.g. 4 class package is only valid for 1 month). If you have booked a class via a package and you are not able to attend 24 Hrs notice is required in order to receive credit for the class. ​
3. All Memberships are paid monthly via direct debit. Your membership is automatically renewed monthly. If you wish to cancel your membership 30 days notice is required. if less than 30 days notice is given you will still be charged for the month.
4. Pole courses or workshops are non transferable and non refundable.
Latecomer
1. If you are late to a pole course you will only be allowed in if you have not missed the warmup (roughly more than 10-15mins late), this is in the interest of your safety as we will not allow you to join in if your body is not prepared for the class ahead. Please be respectful if your instructor doesn't let you into a class late, this is our policy that they are enforcing.
Changes to classes and timetable

YoPole Studio reserves the right to make changes to classes that have been booked e.g.teacher, name or time of class. Sometimes it may be necessary due to circumstances out of our control.
Liability
I hereby agree to the following terms:
1. That I am voluntarily participating in a class, hire. I recognise that involvement in pole dance, floorwork classes and yoga classes require physical exertion and have the potential to cause physical injury, I am fully aware of the risks involved.
2. Unless specifically stated in writing that I do not wish to have my photos shared I consent to the collection and use of my images by photography or video recording. I acknowledge these may be used on the YoPole website and other social media platforms such Instagram in newsletters and publications.
3. I consent to being spotted and assisted by my instructor in class, I understand that it is my responsibility to alert these people if I do not wish to receive assistance or physical contact.
4. I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim I may have against YoPole Studio and it's staff for injury and damages that I may sustain as a result of participation.
5. I will take accountability for alerting the teacher of any injury or impairment before class begins.
6. I must correctly follow instructions given by the teacher at all times and failure to do so may result in instruction being stopped.
7. I acknowledge that the YoPole studio will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of my personal belongings whilst I am in the studio.
8. I declare that I am 18 or over at the date of my booking.
9. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations stated by YoPole Studio
10. I understand that all class passes purchased at YoPole are non refundable. Cancellation made with more than 24 hours notice will be given a credit to be used for classes of the same price.
